How does the subscription work?

Can I buy the device instead of subscribing?
Yes, you can purchase the diffuser outright and order refills separately. The subscription is ideal if you prefer us to manage refills and maintenance.
What is the delivery lead time?
After your order is confirmed, installation is typically scheduled within 7–14 business days in the UAE. Refills are delivered on a recurring schedule.
What happens if the diffuser needs maintenance?
Maintenance and repairs are covered in your plan. If a unit fails, we repair or replace it promptly. Elite customers receive priority service.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel. If you cancel, the diffuser on loan must be returned in good condition per the service agreement.
Are refills included?
Yes — all fragrance refills are included in your monthly subscription and delivered automatically based on your usage and plan type.
Do you offer installation across the UAE?
Yes, installation and service are available across all Emirates. For other GCC regions, contact us for arrangements.
What payment methods do you accept?
